CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits/Cancellation/Refunds To book your appointment a 30% deposit may be required. For larger, more detailed services a 50% deposit may be required. Your deposit will be applied to your final total except in the case of late arrivals or late cancellations. Late Arrivals I love a relaxed vibe, but to remain respectful of everyone’s schedule we cannot run on island time. I offer a 15-minute grace period if you are running late. Arriving past 15 minutes may result in a shortened treatment. Arrivals past 15 minutes that require a reschedule count as a late cancellation. The original service price applies even if your session is shortened. Cancellations & Rescheduling I understand life happens and schedules change! To ensure I can accommodate all of my guests and respect everyone’s time, I ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are sick or have a personal emergency, please notify me as soon as possible. I reserve the right to waive late fees for genuine emergencies or illness on a case-by-case basis No-shows forfeit the 30% deposit of the booked service cost. Repeat no-shows may require a larger deposit book future appointments. Returns/Adjustments I want you to leave looking and feeling like you just stepped out of a vacation. I do not offer cash or card refunds on completed services. Notify me within 7 days and I will get you in for a free adjustment if you are unhappy. Unopened retail products can be returned within 7 days Extensions & Color Corrections These detailed, multi-hour transformations require extra precision and dedicated time blocks. All new extension and color correction clients must book a consultation first. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. Hair extension hair must be paid for upfront and are final sale. Late cancellations forfeit the 50% deposit of the service. To guarantee the quality and longevity of your hair purchase I only install hair extensions, purchased directly through my salon. I cannot guarantee longevity without using my recommended studio-grade products or at home care guide.
